Sushi Maki was founded on the idea that you shouldn’t just do something just because that’s the way it’s always been done. We’re traditional Japanese cuisine and something surprisingly new, all rolled up into one.
Since we opened in 2000, we’re all about spreading the joy of what great sushi should be like - an experience of the freshest tastes and most delicious combinations, introduced to you in ways that everyone from the connoisseur to the newest visitor can agree is the greatest thing they ever put in their mouth.
